Junior Estimator / Front Desk Coordinator

We’re looking for a Junior Estimator / Front Desk Coordinator who is organized, motivated, and great with people. This person will assist in writing estimates, manage customer updates, handle administrative tasks, and help drive sales through excellent communication and customer service.

Requirements:

• Experience with CCC ONE (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of collision repair or automotive terminology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Prior customer service or sales experience a plus
