Location: Canoga Park, CA 
Salary: Up to $90,000 DOE + Benefits

Junior Estimator – Installation Projects (1 yr exp req, Up to $90k) Description

Our client is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team in Canoga Park, CA. In this role, you will estimate installation projects ranging from $20,000 to $170,000. Previous estimating experience in a field that handles detailed parts (such as solar, fencing, landscaping, roofing, or retail space) is a must for this role.  Experience as a public or insurance adjuster could also be a good fit. The ideal candidate will be reliable, highly organized, and an effective communicator, as they’ll work closely with brands, customers, vendors, and internal teams. Junior Estimator – Installation Projects (1 yr exp req, Up to $90k) Responsibilities

•    Create accurate estimates based on the scope of work provided by Sales
•    Calculate overall project costs 
•    List materials required and determine project costs
•    Ensure profitability of each project 
•    Coordinate with subcontractors and request vendor quotes as needed
•    Use QuickBooks to maintain organized and accurate records
•    Gather project details from Sales Reps and customers
•    Learn and understand brand requirements for various customers 
•    Audit completed jobs for accuracy 
•    Communicate with internal teams regarding project status

Junior Estimator – Installation Projects (1 yr exp req, Up to $90k) Qualifications

•    1+ years of Estimating experience required 
•    Experience estimating within the Solar, Fencing, Roofing or Retail Space industry is required
