Job Description - Junior Financial Accountant

RAW is looking for a Junior Financial Accountant to join our growing team in Malta. As a Junior Financial Accountant you will be mainly responsible for revenue reconciliations and also supporting the day-to-day accounting operations. The role requires the individual to liaise with multiple departments both internally and externally.

Preparing the calculation of client revenue share, preparation of supporting schedules and posting of sales invoices in Dynamics365.
Liaising with customers and assisting in the debt collection and following up on any discrepancies arising between our internal reporting vis-à-vis third party reporting.
Contributing towards the day-to-day accounting operations, including the general ledger accounting entries, accounts receivable, inter-company reconciliations of the RAW Group.
Support with the day-to-day, month-end and year-end operations of the finance department.
Assisting with the VAT Returns.
Assisting with annual statutory audits and other regulatory submissions.
Any additional finance related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a Finance role. Experience in the gaming industry would be considered as an asset.
Preferably, in the process of obtaining a qualification in Accountancy.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
Organised and detail-oriented person.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent oral and written skills in English.
Able to work in a dynamic environment.
Being eager to learn and to deliver on expectations.
