How You’ll Make an Impact

Data & Transactional Control

•  Perform monthly reconciliations between accounting data and independent data sources


•  Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactional data from payment gateways and banking partners

Financial Reporting Assistance

•   Support month-end closing process and preparation of monthly management reports and consolidated financial statements


• Update and maintain group-level KPIs

Expense Analysis

• Monitor budget vs. actual performance


• Investigate unusual cost trends and dig into detailed financial data

Cash Flow & Treasury Support

• Assist in preparing weekly cash flow forecasts
  Validate historical forecasts against actual performance

Audit Support

• Assist auditors by preparing schedules and pulling transaction samples according to instructions

What You Bring to the Table

• Recent graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics


• Internship or initial experience in a Big 4 audit firm, finance controlling role, or fintech/lending company is a strong plus


• Excellent Excel skills (confidence working with large datasets)


• Familiarity with BI tools (PowerBI/Tableau) or SQL is an advantage


• Strong interest in financial data and reporting


• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and readiness to go the extra mile


• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
