Job Description - Junior Full-Stack Developer and Support (Support-Focused)

Aspire Software is looking for a Junior Full-Stack Developer and Support (Support-Focused: React / TypeScript / Python / AI) to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on technical support to join our agile and fast-paced team. In this role, your main responsibility will be to handle client support tickets, investigate bugs, and assist our lead developer in taking Sadie to the next level. You’ll also communicate directly with clients, resolving issues, addressing complaints, and ensuring their needs are met quickly and professionally. At Sadie, customer satisfaction is our top priority—we’re looking for someone who not only writes clean code but also knows how to listen, troubleshoot, and provide an excellent support experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets
  • Work closely with the lead developer to maintain and improve the Sadie platform
  • Fix bugs, implement updates, and assist in small feature rollouts
  • Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients via email or support tools
  • Handle client complaints and requests with urgency and professionalism
  • Use logging, analytics, and monitoring tools to investigate and resolve issues
  • Ensure high levels of satisfaction and response times on all support interactions
  • Solid skills in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Some experience with Python (FastAPI or similar frameworks)
  • Strong understanding of how to debug and support live applications
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (German a bonus)
  • Client-facing experience or a strong desire to work with customers
  • Calm, clear, and professional approach to handling complaints or high-stress issues
  • Ability to juggle priorities in a startup environment

Bonus Skills

  • Experience supporting B2B SaaS or AI-powered platforms
  • Familiarity with tools like Sentry, Posthog, or Datadog
  • Previous exposure to DMS or dealership-related software
  • Understanding of LLMs or AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
  • Experience building or maintaining support documentation
