Job Description - Junior GEOINT Source Strategist (TS/SCI)

You’ll be looked upon in conducting targeted research to identify patterns, trends, gaps, and actionable insights, testing, evaluating, and providing feedback on new capabilities, tools and procedures in GIMS, to executing ad hoc collection strategies driven by mission priorities and operational needs. Requirements

Current active Top Secret / SCI clearance with the willingness to take a CI poly exam
You have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in relevant field / Associate’s degree + 1 year / 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in GIMS functions (GIN creation / modification, dissemination rules, OOI queries) in order to manage source content to ensure mission can act on the right information at the right time.
Familiarity with situation-driven (ad-hoc) GEOINT collections strategies in order to implement collection strategies on the fly to ensure NGA can respond rapidly to emerging threats and opportunities.
Ability to test and evaluate new GIMS capabilities and workflows and tools and processes are constantly updating; your feedback and hands-on testing will assist in improving operational efficiency and ensure the agency stays ahead of the challenge.
