Do you have a passion for golf and enjoy working with kids? Oak Glen Golf Course is seeking enthusiastic and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Junior Golf Instructors! This is a rewarding opportunity to share your love of the game with the next generation of golfers while contributing to their growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging golf lessons to juniors of all skill levels, ages 6-17.
• Create a fun and supportive learning environment.
• Teach fundamental golf skills, including swing mechanics, putting, chipping, and course etiquette.
• Provide individualized instruction and feedback to each student.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress.
• Assist with junior golf camps, clinics, and other programs as needed.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of golf fundamentals and swing mechanics.
• Experience playing golf and a passion for the game.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience teaching or coaching children is a plus (but not required).
• PGA or LPGA membership or Junior Golf certification is a plus.
