Junior Golf Instructor - Tilden Park Golf Course

Summary:

 Junior Golf Camp instructor/counselor needed for Nike Summer Junior Camps.  Full day and half day camp positions available, 18-36 hours/week.  Prior golf instruction preferred, but not mandatory.  Any teaching experience is beneficial.  Golf experience required and must work well with kids age 7 and up.  Pay starting at $20-23/hour, depending on experience. 

Essential job functions:

• Provide Golf Instruction to youth.
• Monitor Junior Camp participants on golf course.
• Develop a fun learning environment.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to frequently sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and crouch.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs., and to lift overhead and push/pull, move lighter objects.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of golf.
• Must be energetic and enjoy working with kids.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Must be available weekdays (Mon-Fri) from June 5-August 18, 2023.
