Responsibilities:
-Monitor HR team emails and correspondence.
-Manage Hubstaff and Hubspot accounts: add new members, handle deletions, and manage tickets.
-Maintain accurate member records and manage data entry.
-Prepare and distribute weekly HR Manpower Report.
-Organize HR electronic documents.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 2 years HR experience in a BPO setting. (required)
-Previous HR Assistant or administrative experience preferred.
-Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, Canva).
-Excellent organizational and time management skills.
-Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
-Problem-solving ability and discretion with sensitive information.
