Overview:

We are seeking a driven and analytical Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our Acquisition Financing team. As a key member of our firm's investment banking division, you will contribute to the execution of acquisition financing transactions for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial modeling, market research, and transaction execution within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of financial models, including valuation analyses, discounted cash flow (DCF) models, and comparable company analyses (comps).
Conduct industry and company-specific research to support transaction pitches and presentations.
Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, and other marketing materials for client presentations.
Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing relevant financial data.
Support senior team members in executing acquisition financing transactions, including debt structuring and capital raising.
Monitor market trends and financial news to identify potential business opportunities for clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with Bloomberg and other financial databases is a plus.
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
