Junior Invoice Specialist

Tietoevry Create Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our “Eye-Share Capture” project as a Junior Invoice Specialist.

We are looking for an attentive and responsible team member to become a part of our expert team creating a complete and modern tool for automated invoice interpreting and validating. The system receives documents from various sources, identifies and interprets item lines from invoices, and transfers the data to external systems. As of this moment, the project has almost completely migrated from on-premise installations to the cloud.

Areas of Responsibility

• Validation of data in invoices

• Correction of invoices if needed

• Communication with colleagues from customer side

• Contribution to system improvements in the area of invoice recognition

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience

• Upper-intermediate level of English, good written and oral skills

• Good communication skills

• High self-discipline, job autonomy, self-management

• Attention to detail

• Advanced PC user
