Junior iOS Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking multiple talented and motivated Junior iOS Developers join an 8-12 week paid Boot Camp with a reputable Oil and Gas firm. Upon successful completion of the Boot Camp, you will have the opportunity to join the team long term. This position is ideal for a recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering who is passionate about iOS Development and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This role will involve an intensive 8-12 week training program designed to provide hands-on experience and technical skills necessary for success in the field of data engineering.
Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features for our iOS applications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Swift and/or Objective-C.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and foster knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS development trends, tools, and technologies.
- Assist in the maintenance and enhancement of existing iOS applications.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve our development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
- Understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Exposure to Swift and/or Objective-C, with a good understanding of iOS frameworks.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in mobile development.
