Junior IT Recruiter

Who We Are:

We are a global Talent Acquisition team of 17+ professionals working across 7+ countries, supporting a fast-growing international tech organization of 1,700+ employees worldwide. As we continue expanding, we are looking for a Junior Recruiter in Moldova.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience in recruitment and is eager to grow into technical hiring. You'll work alongside experienced recruiters, learn modern sourcing techniques, gain a solid understanding of the IT market, and gradually take ownership of your own recruitment processes.

What You Will Do:

• Support full-cycle recruitment for technical positions with guidance from experienced recruiters;


• Learn how to source IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other modern tools;


• Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates' motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit;


• Coordinate interviews and maintain smooth communication with candidates throughout the hiring process;


• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand hiring needs;


• Maintain candidate records in the ATS and keep recruitment data up to date;


• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment events;


• Continuously develop your knowledge of technologies, the IT market, and recruitment best practices;

What You Bring:

• 1+ year of experience in recruitment (IT or non-IT);


• Strong interest in technology and willingness to build a career in technical recruitment;


• Fluency in Romanian and Russian; English at Intermediate+ level or higher;


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;


• Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn quickly;


• Strong organizational and time-management skills;


• Experience with LinkedIn, ATS systems, or sourcing tools is a plus but not required;
