Role Expectations:
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts
- Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant
- Training a team of 100+
- Assisting upper management in increasing profitability by ensuring training is executed with an emphasis on promotion of sales and team member productivity
- Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety
- Work with a sense of urgency
- Must be coachable and ready to learn Chick-fil-A standards of hospitality
- Handle unhappy customers and take initiative to solve problems

Requirements:
- Open availability
- Leadership experience (1 year preferred)
- Hospitality experience (preferred)
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
