Junior Level Accountant (recent college grad OK) Must Speak Spanish Gr - Hiring Urgently

'Desired' Skills Experience: (we can consider a recent college graduate, we are willing to train someone with solid English and Spanish skills),

• Must be Bi-Lingual in English and Spanish.
• ERP System usage (SAP, NetSuite, D365 or similar) for accounting purposes: running reports, financial analysis and data queries, using different financial modules within the ERP, etc.
• Experience working in a similar general accounting type where you have been responsible for a mixture of Accounting Operations (A/P, A/R, reporting, Payroll, GL reconciliations/entries) ideally within a smaller or medium sized Manufacturing Company Environment; experience working with an automated Payroll System (ADP or similar) for a mix of hourly and salaried employees is preferred.
• Experience with the Production of Month End, Quarter End and Year End reporting and closings (corporate Balance Sheets, Expenses, Income, etc.)
• Experience surrounding financial reports and accounting records during Internal and External ‘anticipated’ Audits.
• Should have Solid Excel Skills (pivot tables, macros, formulas, lookups, etc.) for the purpose of financial reporting, analysis and records-keeping.
• Excellent Oral and Written communication skills; a College Degree in Accounting or Finance is Preferred.

Pluses:

• Familiarity with Cost Manufacturing Accounting; experience with Cycle Counting, Inventory Management and Control, Purchasing, Bill of Materials, Inventory Audits and related areas all from an Accounting and Finance (records, recording, profitability, investigatory) standpoint are pluses.
• Experience producing profitability and budgets reports and related forecasts within a manufacturing environment is a plus (cost modeling; combining marketing, accounting, manufacturing and other variables into custom financial reports).
• Experience working in a similar accounting type role for a manufacturing company and/or within an ISO:9001 type environment is also a plus.
