About the Role

The Junior Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting equipment maintenance and facility operations by performing basic duties in repair, installation, and troubleshooting in accordance with safety and maintenance programs. This role is crucial in supporting the achievement of the site’s business goals and objectives while staying aligned with our core values: Great People, Going Beyond, and Growing.

What You’ll Do

Equipment Maintenance and Support

• Assist in keeping CNC’s and other mechanical equipment in operating condition.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for equipment malfunctions and collaborate to restore functionality as needed.

Preventive Maintenance

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on support equipment, ensuring tasks are completed thoroughly and on time.

Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Support

• Aid in troubleshooting by reading equipment manuals and schematics to support repairs.

Grounds and Exterior Maintenance

• Assist with the upkeep of lawns, trees, shrubs, flowerbeds, and lawn sprinklers, including monitoring seasonal needs of external walkways and seating areas.
• Assists with care for outdoor and indoor signage and flagpole care as needed.

Facility Cleaning and Janitorial Support

• Assist with janitorial services and perform spot cleaning and restocking as necessary in restrooms and office spaces.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• 1 year of experience conducting machine service, rebuild, and repairs preferred.
