Summary

Flatwater Inc. is looking to fill this position with the most qualified applicant, Flatwater is a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc. the economic development company of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily tasks within the Medical Treatment Facility Division (MTFD) office and assisting in the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to support the division's goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support daily operations of the MTFD office, ensuring smooth functioning.
Collect and analyze data to support program initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations with actionable insights.
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing education and training programs.
Develop and maintain program materials and documentation.
Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
Assist in implementing operational policies and procedures.
Ensure consistent application and adherence to policies.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings and organizing files.
Participate in initiatives to improve operational processes and program delivery.
Support stakeholder coordination for successful program outcomes.
Ensure operational continuity during the Senior Management Analyst's absence.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Proficiency in data management and analysis, including experience with databases and data visualization tools.
Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
Collaborative mindset with the capability to work effectively within a team environment.
Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
Familiarity with healthcare operations or related fields is advantageous.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Technical proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and project management tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities to identify issues and propose effective solutions.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience as a management analyst or in a similar role, with experience in program and data management.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

There is no supervisory responsibility for this position.

WORK ENVIROMENT

This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

TRAVEL
No additional travel is required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is an onsite full-time position.

Workdays are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

SECURITY CLEARENCE

No clearance needed.

Federal background checks conducted.
