Position Overview

As a Junior Marketing Assistant & Brand Ambassador, you will represent client brands at live events and community activations while learning full-cycle campaign execution and event operations. This role is designed to build foundational skills in marketing strategy, customer engagement, and event coordination, preparing you for long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent client and company brands with professionalism and enthusiasm at live events
• Engage directly with the public through face-to-face marketing and promotional outreach
• Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
• Support marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and community outreach initiatives
• Learn all aspects of event marketing and brand promotion for future leadership roles
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful campaign execution

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, and confident in face-to-face interactions
• Customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or marketing experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week)
• Willingness to travel locally to event locations
• Strong desire to learn, grow, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
