Junior Marketing Associate

The Junior Marketing Associate plays a key role in supporting our local marketing, social media, and advertising initiatives. This position is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual eager to grow in the marketing field. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to enhance brand visibility, ensure consistency across all channels, and drive community engagement for our stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of marketing campaigns
• Capture photos and video content for in-store and digital marketing for social media
• Assist with community outreach, including event coordination and sponsorship opportunities
• Monitor online business listings (Google, Yelp, etc.) and assist with updates or responses
• Track the effectiveness of campaigns through metrics and customer feedback
• Collaborate with team members to ensure branding is consistent across all locations
• Recommend creative ideas to increase awareness and foot traffic

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse members of the community
• Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and potential customers
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities
