Junior Marketing Associate - Entry Level

We are a fast-growing marketing and events firm specializing in branding, client relations, and promotional campaigns for nationally recognized nonprofit organizations and charities. Our mission is to drive public engagement, amplify brand awareness, and deliver high-impact results through community-based events and face-to-face marketing strategies.

We’re currently seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our team and support live events, client promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for energetic, people-oriented individuals ready to gain hands-on experience and grow into leadership roles.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with the coordination and execution of live events and nonprofit campaigns

• Provide on-site customer service and public interaction, representing clients in a professional and engaging manner

• Support event logistics including setup, teardown, and daily operations

• Learn and develop skills in event planning, client relations, and product knowledge

• Help maintain positive donor experiences and contribute to long-term client retention

• Collaborate on team projects and support administrative tasks and performance reporting

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail (preferred but not required)

• Bachelor’s degree or current enrollment (preferred but not required)

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in fast-paced environments

• Team-oriented with leadership potential and a strong work ethic

• Positive, coachable attitude and a passion for learning and growing
