Working closely with the Operational Manager, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event coordination, customer engagement, and brand promotion. What You’ll Do:

• Assist with planning, organizing, and executing promotional events and marketing campaigns for nonprofit clients

• Represent charitable organizations onsite, delivering outstanding customer service and supporter engagement

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and enhance supporter retention

• Participate in training focused on event management, public speaking, and brand knowledge

• Contribute to team initiatives and support administrative functions

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred but not required)
