Junior Marketing Associate Entry Level

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Associate to join our expanding team. This entry-level marketing position is perfect for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, brand promotion, and nonprofit fundraising campaigns.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and execution of live events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising campaigns that drive awareness and donations for charitable organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events and fundraising campaigns
• Represent client brands and nonprofit partners at live events, pop-ups, and community outreach programs
• Engage with attendees to promote campaign goals, increase brand awareness, and encourage donations or participation
• Support event marketing efforts, including setting up displays and distributing promotional materials
• Track campaign performance metrics and gather feedback to optimize future marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing objectives and fundraising targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing) preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer engagement skills
