Location: Dallas, TX    (On-site – Must work from the office)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: $42,800 - $46,780 per year

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Coordinator, you will support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


• Coordinate and schedule social media posts and track engagement metrics.


• Support the marketing team with market research and competitive analysis.


• Help organize and manage marketing events and promotional activities.


• Collaborate with content creators to develop marketing materials and communications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.


• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn marketing software.
