Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for an individual who is passionate about marketing and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing department in executing campaigns, coordinating events, managing social media content, and analyzing campaign performance.   

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.


• Coordinate and support marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities.


• Manage and update content on social media platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement.


• Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and opportunities.


• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports as needed.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong organizational and time management abilities.


• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software tools is a plus.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
