【工作內容】

擬定社群策略：針對 FunNow Facebook、Instagram、Thread 等社群平台，擬定不同的經營策略，與社群夥伴一同管理發佈計劃

社群圖文與短影音發想執行：包括圖文發想執行、短影音腳本撰寫、拍攝和初階剪輯，與設計團隊一同創作吸引人的社交媒體內容

專案活動的社群發想與執行：延伸專案主題，發想、規劃社群操作內容，以達到專案目標

社群行銷數據分析：透過觀測數據發現、分析問題並提出解決方案

【必要條件】

Facebook、Instagram、Thread 等社群平台重度使用者

具社群文案撰寫能力以及社群規劃觀念

會關注時事議題，具有社群話題敏感度

擁有獨立思考與解決問題的能力且擅於溝通及團隊合作

【加分條件

FunNow 使用者，熟悉 FunNow 產業、風格與過往行銷活動

擁有社群或短影音經營經驗，喜歡與人互動也不排斥入鏡

具有基礎美感，簡易 Capcut、 PS、AI 操作技能

善用 Chat GPT 等 AI 工具增加工作效率
