Junior Press Brake Operator

Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Press Brake Operator with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will operate press brakes to bend and form steel components to precise specifications. This is a hands-on position requiring mechanical aptitude and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

 Key Responsibilities

• Operate press brake machines to bend steel parts per job specifications
• Set up and adjust tooling for various jobs and material types
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality compliance
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues
• Safely handle and position steel materials
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely output

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating a press brake or related sheet metal equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, heavy-duty industrial environment
• Team-oriented and reliable with a strong work ethic
