Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Costing and Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This entry-level position will play a crucial role in supporting our product costing, sales operations, and literature development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for contributing to the success of our products and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Costing: Assist in the preparation and analysis of product cost estimates, including material, labor, and overhead costs. Collaborate with the production and finance teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date costing information.
Sales Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer databases, and coordinating sales activities. Assist in responding to customer inquiries and processing orders.
Literature Development: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of product literature, including brochures, catalogs, and technical documents. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all materials are accurate, informative, and aligned with brand standards.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to product costs, sales performance, and market trends. Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various departments, including production, finance, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Prior experience or internships in a manufacturing or sales environment is a plus.

Compensation: $62,000.00 per year
