Junior Project Designer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the production of conceptual and schematic level drawings, renderings and diagrams under the direction of a more experienced designer with an eye towards increasing independence over time.


• Direct development of innovative design concepts with project teams to produce constructable solutions.


• Responsible for exterior material research and selections and construction detailing to maintain design intent throughout the design process.


• Responsible for client facing and internal presentations.


• Perform early programming and loading capacity studies.


• Interface and collaborate with interior designers and landscape designers for cohesive overall designs


• Work with internal and external visualization designers to produce best in class renderings and animations


• Help in the production of quality design awards both locally and nationally.

We are open to considering candidates who can work hybrid schedule (3 days in office, up to 2 days remote) out of our office in Columbus, OH, Chicago, IL, or Houston, TX.
