Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview processes.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
Background in recruiting within construction, manufacturing, or building materials industries preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems.
