Junior Sales

We’re hiring a Junior Sales / Construction Sales Representative for a growing construction-related business. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity for someone with basic construction knowledge who is motivated to build a career in sales. The role combines relationship-based selling, client development, and field activity within the Metro Atlanta area.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and grow relationships with contractors, builders, and construction professionals
• Generate new business through outreach, jobsite visits, and networking
• Support the sales process from initial contact through close
• Represent products and services professionally in the field
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity
• Travel locally within the Metro Atlanta area (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

• Some knowledge or exposure to the construction industry
• Strong interest in sales and business development
• Must live in the Metro Atlanta area
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000
• 10% commission on profits
