Job Description - Junior Sales Associate

As a Junior Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in achieving this mission through in-person customer interactions that showcase the value of our clients’ products and services.

Day to day, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face, assess their needs, and recommend tailored solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Your role is instrumental in helping our clients grow their customer base and profitability, while fostering strong connections.

A Junior Sales Ambassador Will:

  • Communicate face-to-face with customers to present them our client’s products and services
  • Receive hands-on training and development during daily training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching sessions
  • Become an expert on client products and services by immersing yourself in product knowledge trainings sessions and network with our partner branches on zoom meetings
  • Answer all customer questions and concerns regarding products with a positive and empathetic demeanor
  • Build outstanding customer relationships in order to create customer loyalty and positive brand awareness
  • Close customer sales when necessary and actively listen to any customer objections and questions so you can provide solutions
  • Upsell products and services that our client has to offer to qualified customers
  • Follow all client compliance guidelines
  • Keep a detailed record of customer interactions
