Junior Sales Associate - Entry Level

To ensure that we exceed our client's goals and expectations, we are looking for a highly-skilled individual to join our team as an Account Manager Trainee.

As an Account Manager Trainee, you will have the opportunity to train directly with our senior-level Sales Managers and gain extensive knowledge on how to effectively represent our clients. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with some of our customer service and client relations team members to learn the ins and outs of the industry. The Account Manager Trainee position is designed for someone with a true passion in fostering positive client relations, assisting customers in their needs, and driving the company to new heights!

Responsibilities of the Account Manager Trainee:Increase new customer acquisitions by engaging with customers and educating them on potential services available to them offered by our clientsUtilize product and service knowledge to increase sales and generate business that bring longevity and value to the companyEnhance every customer's experience by providing a genuine, positive, and professional interaction when assisting them directly in personApply market research and competitive pricing to upsell our client's products and services when it benefits the customer's needsEnsure any records of the customer's contact information, billing address, installation date, and preferred sales package are correct before submittingGain full comprehension of our client's campaign goals, current promotions, new expansions, and sales targets by attending all conference calls and participate in on-site training sessions

Qualifications and Skills for the Account Manager Trainee role:High School diploma or comparable certification is preferred1-2 years of prior work experience in a customer service, customer relations, customer support, sales, or similar field recommendedFlexible scheduleAdaptable in fast-paced working environmentsAbility to working both independently and collaboratively in a team settingDistinguished in verbal communication, visual presentation, and public speakingSolution-oriented and provides creative, clear, and concise responses to our customer's inquiries and issues through critical thinkingSelf-driven, motivated, and eager to train with our senior-level managers to develop stronger relationship building skills with our clients
