Junior Sales Executive

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining clients, processors, and distributors within the assigned territory.
  
  


• Conduct regular customer site visits and provide product support where necessary.
  
  


• Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding the regional customer base.
  
  


• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and orders to ensure timely conversion and closure.
  
  


• Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
  
  


• Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to management.
  
  


• Support debt collection follow-ups and ensure compliance with company credit policies.
  
  


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales visits, enquiries, and activities.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5–7 years of sales experience, preferably in mining, industrial chemicals, or related industries.
  
  


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  


• Confident personality with good presentation skills.
  
  


• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
  
  


• Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
  


• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
  
  


• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and reporting tools).
  
  


• Previous experience working with mining or industrial customers is an added advantage.
