Junior SAP CRM Consultant

abra SAP department is seeking for a Junior SAP CRM Consultant

We are looking for a motivated Junior SAP CRM Consultant to support the implementation and ongoing operations of our cloud-based SAP Customer Relationship Management system.

This role involves working with SAP’s modern cloud CRM platform, supporting sales and service processes, and collaborating closely with business teams to translate requirements into system solutions.

A full-time, hybrid position based in central Israel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP’s cloud-based CRM system
• Support end-users with daily issues and requests
• Assist in testing, documentation, and user training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design CRM solutions

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field - Mandatory
• Practical experience in cloud-based CRM implementation (such as SAP CRM, Salesforce, etc.) - Adventage
• Business requirements gathering skills and understanding of organizational business processes
• Experience writing and analyzing SQL queries
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and team player mindset
