What will you actually do?

• Run live Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns - from selecting keywords, writing ad copy to setting budgets

• Build dashboards in Looker Studio tracking ROAS, margin, clicks & cost

• Analyse campaign performance and share actionable insights with marketing & finance

• Help run A/B and geo-lift tests, analyse their impact, and support automation projects

• Spot anomalies, clean up ad accounts & keep things running smoothly

This is for you if:

• You’re early in your career (0–2 years experience) or recently graduated in math, stats, economics, computer science or related

• You know your way around Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookup functions), and are curious to learn SQL

• You’re familiar with marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and want to learn more

• You love data, spreadsheets & cracking performance puzzles

• You’ve got a sharp analytical mind and love logical thinking

• You care about details, data accuracy, and building things that just work

Bonus points for you if:

• You've seen the Google Ads or GA4 interface

• You’ve played with BI tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI

• You know the basics of statistical testing (like p-values or confidence intervals)
