About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior ServiceNow Engineer to join our IT team at Man Group. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your ServiceNow expertise while contributing to the optimization and enhancement of our IT Service Management platform. You'll work alongside experienced professionals to support and improve our ServiceNow environment, focusing primarily on ITSM modules.

Key Responsibilities Support the development, configuration, and administration of the ServiceNow platform, with a primary focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management)
Assist in building and maintaining Service Catalog items and workflows to streamline service delivery
Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and other platform capabilities
Participate in the design and implementation of workflow automations using Flow Designer
Support incident resolution and troubleshooting of ServiceNow platform issues
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes
Participate in platform upgrades and testing activities
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for ITSM processes

Required Qualifications

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Understanding of IT Service Management principles and best practices
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills


Preferred Qualifications

Experience building Service Catalog items and workflows/flows
Experience in writing Client Scripts, Business Rules, and UI Policies
Familiarity with ServiceNow Flow Designer
Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer (CAD) certification
Understanding of ITIL framework
Experience with SharePoint, PowerApps, and Power Automate is a bonus
