Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated .NET Software Developer with leadership potential to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, experience working in Agile environments, and a passion for mentoring and guiding others. This role combines hands-on development with team coordination and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET MVC and .NET Core
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates
• Organize and delegate tasks within the development team
• Conduct testing and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
• Support knowledge-sharing efforts and maintain technical documentation

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC/Core, SQL, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Familiarity with OOP principles and software design patterns
• Testing using TDD or similar.
• Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows
• Bonus: AWS
