Junior Software Engineer

PROJECT

The project delivers autonomous governance and real-time operational protocols to protect high-value information assets. It provides comprehensive visibility into dynamic execution patterns and proactively neutralizes anomalies to maintain total environment stability.

• Learn and understand the product codebase, assisting middle and senior engineers with lower-complexity tasks
• Troubleshoot escalated customer support issues beyond first-line capabilities
• Contribute to technical excellence by writing tests, addressing technical debt, and improving code quality
• Develop and maintain backend APIs and microservices for reporting, integrations, and core workflows
• Participate in engineering routines such as grooming, task breakdown, estimation, and technical improvements
• Document work clearly to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing

• 1+ year of commercial software engineering experience in a production environment
• Strong JavaScript fundamentals with practical experience in Node.js or Go
• Familiarity with cloud environments, containers, CI/CD pipelines, observability, and production debugging
• Motivation to learn quickly, accept feedback, and grow in a dynamic environment
• Understanding of software development best practices including testing and maintainable implementation
• Collaborative mindset with open communication skills
• Upper-Intermediate English for daily collaboration
