We’re looking for a junior solutions engineer to guide new customers through the onboarding journey in our Tallinn office. In this role, you'll act as a technical bridge between customers and internal teams like sales, customer success and customer solutions. By tailoring CRM configurations to specific business needs and resolving any setup issues along the way, you’ll help customers unlock the full value of Pipedrive from day one—contributing to satisfaction, retention and long-term success.
