Junior Staff Accountant - Opportunity to Make a Difference

Turnkey Hospitality Solutions has an immediate opening for a Junior Staff Accountant

We need a dynamic professional with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
and a comprehensive knowledge of accounting. We are seeking candidates with
excellent finance and accounting skills, exemplary communication and timemanagement
skills, experience with multi-company operations and a desire to work as
part of a team.

The Junior Staff Accountant is responsible for managing functions of several entities.

Specific duties include but not limited to oversee the following for multiple companies:

• Bill payments
• Accounts payable
• Recording deposits/accounts receivable
• Journal Entries
• Bank & CC reconciliations
• General ledger maintenance
• Expense report preparation/approval

Requirements and qualifications:

Fluent in QuickBooks Desktop
Experience in Excel (Vlookup, Xlookup, Sumif, etc)
Experience in Google Sheets (if, query, vlookup, etc)
Familiarity with Logistics
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: Accounting: 1-3 years (Preferred)
