Junior Staff Accountant - Urgent Hiring

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in various accounting tasks, gaining valuable experience in financial reporting, analysis, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing and vendor management.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with team members to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support to finance and management teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (internship experience considered).
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (experience with QuickBooks or similar programs preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
