Junior Supply Chain Consultant - September 2025

Join Bluecrux as a full-time Junior Supply Chain Consultant and launch your consulting career with a global experience from day one. While your home base will be our Millburn, New Jersey office—just outside of NYC—your journey begins with a three-week onboarding Bootcamp held in Belgium.

In September 2025, you'll come together with new hires from across the globe for an immersive training program hosted at our Belgian offices. During this Bootcamp, you'll develop core consulting skills, deepen your supply chain knowledge by connecting theory with practice, and build meaningful relationships within an international peer group. By the end of the program, you’ll be equipped to jump into complex, high-impact projects—backed by strong skills, a clear path forward, and a global network of support.

You’ll start immediately in a visible, autonomous role as a project member on one of our ongoing value chain transformation projects. We work across industries such as life sciences, chemicals, food & beverage, and manufacturing, and you’ll be right in the mix—learning, contributing, and making an impact from day one.

You’ll gain exposure to all the main phases of a consulting project. Here's what you can expect:

• Analyze & Optimize
  Dive into supply chain and operations processes—mapping, assessing, and identifying areas for improvement. You’ll help shape smarter, more efficient ways of working.

• Collaborate
  Work closely with clients to uncover their needs and co-create solutions. You’ll participate in interviews and workshops to gain insight into their organization and support meaningful change.

• Track & Report
  Monitor project performance and key metrics. You’ll deliver clear, data-driven insights to both client and internal teams to keep progress on track.

• Document & Deliver
  Bring structure and clarity to complex projects by creating deliverables such as project notes, training materials, and user guides that make a lasting impact.
