About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Technical Support professional to join our team and help support business clients and internal teams on our iGaming platform.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, and wants to grow their technical skills in Linux, databases, containers, and modern infrastructure.

You will work closely with experienced colleagues who will provide training and guidance.

What You’ll Do

• Log into Linux servers and review logs to help identify issues.
  
• Assist with checking applications running in Docker or Kubernetes environments.
  
• Help review database records to spot possible issues or unusual activity.
  
• Monitor system performance and report slowdowns or incidents.
  
• Review API requests and logs to ensure services communicate properly.
  
• Learn how the platform works in order to support B2B clients efficiently.
  
• Escalate more complex issues to senior team members when needed.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Basic knowledge of Linux systems.
  
• Familiarity with databases (SQL basics is a plus).
  
• Interest in Docker, Kubernetes, APIs, or cloud technologies.
  
• Good problem -solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  
• Responsible, proactive, and team -oriented mindset.
  
• Previous technical support experience is a plus, but not required.
