Junior Technician & Site Supervisor - Staten Island, NY

JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, this position is responsible for performing all-purpose cleaning for assigned buildings and related areas. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow Company policies and procedures
  




• Properly clean and disinfect all responsible surfaces in an assigned area to Company Standards using Company Procedures
  




• Complete work orders and special projects as instructed
  




• Tend to client needs
  




• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized, and safe manner
  




• Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition
  




• Properly handle, store, and utilize cleaning supplies and equipment
  




• Performs any related work as assigned
  




• Identify and resolve safety issues

• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for a minimum length of shift
  




• Ability to push, pull and / or lift objects that exceed 40 lbs. and carry objects that weigh up to 25 lbs.
