Job Description - Junior to Mid-level Attorney Associate - Health Care Litigation

We are seeking a junior to mid-level health care litigation associate to join our national health care practice in our Nashville or Chattanooga office. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience and superb research, writing, and communication skills.
 
The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in complex litigation with substantial writing experience including, but not limited to, the drafting of briefs, complaints, pretrial motions, memoranda and discovery requests. Experience in preparing for, taking or defending depositions is a plus, along with experience in managed care and reimbursement work, medical malpractice, medical staffing issues, or working with hospitals.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive and team-orientation to help grow our national practice. Additionally, the ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively is required. Compensation: Salary will range between $220,000 - $310,000 annually, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: Medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
