Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior User Experience Platform Admin to join our team in Beirut,Lebanon. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and technical support for our user experience platforms, ensuring smooth operations and optimal user satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain platform integrity, manage user accounts, and support our growing user base with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Manage and maintain user accounts, access permissions, and platform configurations within the UX platform environment
  • Monitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users, documenting issues and resolutions
  • Assist in onboarding new users and conducting platform training sessions
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of platform activities, user data, and administrative processes
  • Collaborate with the UX and IT teams to implement platform updates and system enhancements
  • Analyze user behavior and platform usage data to support decision-making and identify trends
  • Respond promptly to user inquiries and support requests with a customer-focused approach
  • Perform routine administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and record management
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and security protocols

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support, technical support, or help desk role
  • Proficiency in user account management and basic system administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues systematically
  • Familiarity with user experience platforms or similar software systems (preferred)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred)
  • Knowledge of basic IT support practices and user management systems (preferred)
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support colleagues effectively
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies quickly
