Junior Videographer

Our Creative team is seeking a Junior Videographer with hands-on experience across all phases of video production and a strong eye for visual storytelling. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working scrappily, collaborating closely with others, and producing high-quality video content that brings Awardco’s story to life for employees, clients, and external audiences.

You will play an integral role in developing and executing video content ranging from high-level brand pieces to fast-turnaround social and event videos.    

What you will do: 

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Media, brand partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  
  


• Support and help manage workflows across all three phases of production: pre-production, production, and post-production.
  
  


• Participate in all aspects of production, including lighting, camera operation, and audio recording.
  
  


• Source soundtracks, stock imagery, and stock video as needed to support campaigns and projects.
  
  


• Help manage and maintain Awardco’s studio space, equipment, and general readiness.
  
  


• Partner with content producers, designers, and motion graphics artists to deliver high-quality video assets.
  
  


• Contribute to a wide range of video projects, including brand videos, social media content, event recaps, and internal communications.
  
  


• Stay current on emerging video trends, tools, and formats, and proactively recommend new ways to leverage video to support business goals.

What you will bring:

• 2–4 years of experience producing video, audio, or other digital media content.
  
  


• A positive, collaborative attitude with the ability to pivot quickly and maintain optimism in a fast-paced environment.
  
  


• A strong portfolio or demo reel demonstrating visual storytelling and technical skills.
  
  


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  
  


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent, high-quality work.
  
  


• Openness to feedback and a collaborative mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  
  


• A team-first mentality and willingness to support others beyond defined responsibilities when needed.
  
  


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.).
  
  


• Experience with audio mixing is a plus.
  
  


• Animation or motion graphics skills are a significant plus.
