Junior-Intermediate AI Developer (AI-Enabled)

Aspire Software is looking for an Junior-Intermediate AI Developer (AI-Enabled) to join our team in Lebanon.

What You’ll Do:

• Build internal tools and backend APIs using Python (FastAPI) and JavaScript.
• Work in Cursor or Claude Code (must-haves) to develop, refactor, and debug code with AI-first workflows.
• Leverage LLMs for product features, internal automation, or orchestration logic (e.g., Vapi, 11Labs, Supabase).
• Use tools like Postman to test APIs, debug edge cases, and tune responses.
• Experiment with AI orchestration tools like N8N, LangChain, Vapi to automate agent workflows.
• Work closely with product & design to launch prototypes, debug in production, and iterate fast.
• Contribute to prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG, or learn how if you haven’t yet.
• Deploy code with GitHub and AWS Lambda, monitor results, and thrive on shipping fast.
• Work with the core product team to take quick proof-of-concepts and transform them into working products
• Get exposure to the full lifecycle: design, prototype, ship, learn.

• 1–3 years of software development experience (internships or bootcamps welcome if you can show work)
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Proven experience using AI dev tools: Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Comfort using GitHub for PRs, branches, and CI pipelines.
• Experience testing and debugging APIs with Postman or browser tools.
• Excited to build with new AI APIs, even if you haven’t used them all before.
• Able to learn independently and ship quickly, you’ll have senior support, but autonomy is key.
