Job Description - Junior-Level Manager Management Analyst

Core Services Group is seeking a Junior-Level Management Analyst to provide critical tactical and operational expertise to enhance Surface Force readiness across multiple warfare domains. You'll support Navy leadership in advancing tactical training, doctrine development, and capability assessment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare clear, professional reports, memos, and documentation for Navy leadership
• Conduct analytical assessments to improve tactical training and operational strategies
• Support doctrine and tactical guidance development across warfare domains
• Provide operational support to SMWDC divisions nationwide
• Assist with capability assessment, experimentation, and requirements analysis
• Manage project schedules, deadlines, and priority tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years in analytical, problem-solving roles
• Current SECRET clearance required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management abilities
• Proven ability to write clear, concise professional documents

Preferred Qualifications:

• Naval Surface Warfare background (YN/PS)
• Experience with tactical training or doctrine development
• Knowledge of integrated warfare domains (IAMD, MIW, AMW)
• Familiarity with Navy operational processes

This position is contingent upon successful contract proposal submission and award.

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
