Objective: As a Customer Experience Leader, you'll drive revenue while delivering exceptional customer experiences in Johnson County's growing market. No experience? No problem—we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!

• Sales Hunter: Passionate about identifying sales opportunities with every customer interaction in Lenexa's diverse residential and business communities
• Midwest-Friendly: Personable approach that connects with local Lenexa residents, businesses, and surrounding Kansas City suburbs
• Heartland Hustle: Energetic and physically ready to tackle the unique demands of Kansas properties from suburban homes to corporate offices
• All-Season Reliable: Dependable year-round with a work ethic that matches Kansas's hardworking reputation
• Clear Communicator: Skilled at explaining our services and value to customers while coordinating efficiently with team members

Responsibilities:

• Drive Local Revenue: Identify upselling opportunities and provide accurate on-site estimates that convert to sales
• Navigate Kansas City Metro: Safely operate trucks through Lenexa's neighborhoods and surrounding Johnson County communities
• Handle Diverse Removal Jobs: Perform both heavy and light lifting across varied Kansas properties
• Be Our Local Brand Ambassador: Represent our company professionally in the growing Lenexa business community
• Kansas-Ready Workforce: Maintain safety awareness during all seasons, especially during hot summers and cold winter conditions

Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license required
• Experience: Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience in the Kansas City metro area preferred
• Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and work in variable Kansas weather conditions
• Relevant Experience: Experience in delivery, warehouse, moving, or general labor within the Kansas City region is highly valued
• Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Lenexa and surrounding Johnson County communities is a plus
